Warrior Jill

These two pictures are honoring a good friend of mine, Jill. She was diagnosed with breast cancer just six weeks after I was. Five weeks ago she underwent a double mastectomy and will soon be beginning chemo. Jill is so strong, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. We joke that we are "warriors" in this battle, but I have to tell you that her strength is part of what allows me to be a warrior with her.
